What are Rosabelle Launderette’s opening hours?
Our Orchard outlet at Far East Shopping Centre opens Monday to Saturday, 11:00am to 7:00pm. Our Queenstown facility at 163 Stirling Road opens Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 8:30pm. Both are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Where is Rosabelle’s Orchard outlet?
Far East Shopping Centre, #B1-21, 545 Orchard Road, Singapore 238882. It sits on Basement 1, a short walk from Orchard MRT and ION Orchard, beside Wheelock Place and Liat Towers and opposite the Royal Thai Embassy.
Where is Rosabelle’s Queenstown outlet?
Our processing facility at #01-1226 and #01-1230, 163 Stirling Road, Singapore 140163, a short walk from Queenstown MRT. It is open for walk-in drop-off and collection, not only as a back-of-house facility.
Which Rosabelle outlet should I go to?
Orchard suits walk-in drop-offs, stain removal consultations, and same working-day express wash-dry-fold for visitors staying nearby. Queenstown suits drop-off, collection, and consultations for stain removal and restoration. Every garment is cleaned at Queenstown whichever outlet takes it in.
Do I need an appointment to drop off clothes?
No. Walk in at either outlet during opening hours, or book a pickup instead. Consultations for stain removal and restoration are also handled on a walk-in basis.
What payment methods does Rosabelle accept?
Cash and PayNow QR at both outlets, and credit card at the Orchard outlet at Far East Shopping Centre. For pickup and delivery orders, payment is arranged at delivery.

Where are the clothes actually cleaned?
Everything is cleaned at our own facility at 163 Stirling Road, Queenstown, whichever outlet or pickup it arrives through. Nothing is outsourced to third-party plants.
