A pressing machine treats every garment the same way; a trained hand reads the seams, the fabric, and the construction before the iron ever touches it. That's how collars keep their roll, pleats keep their edge, and delicate fibres keep years of life that careless heat would take. Learning to press properly takes years of daily practice — it's the least visible part of our work and one of the most important.
We've cared for pieces from Hermès, Dior, Brioni, and Louis Vuitton, and from Singapore designers like Ong Shunmugam and Laichan — cheongsam construction in particular rewards a cleaner who understands it.

What does hand-pressing mean in practice?
A trained presser works each garment individually, adjusting heat and pressure to the fabric — rather than a machine applying one setting to everything.
Are embellished or beaded garments safe to clean?
Usually, with the right method — some beads and sequins react to standard solvents, which our assessment catches first.
Do you handle cheongsams?
Yes — knee-length cheongsams are $25, and we regularly care for couture cheongsams from Singapore designers.
