Terms & Conditions
The terms below apply to all items accepted for cleaning, at any outlet or via pickup and delivery.
1. Acceptance of items
All items are accepted for cleaning at the owner's risk, subject to these terms. We inspect items on receipt and will flag pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that may affect the cleaning outcome where visible.
2. Pricing
Prices shown on our price list are minimum, starting-from prices for standard items in standard condition. Final pricing depends on fabric, construction, soiling level, and any restoration work required, and will be confirmed before cleaning begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Stain removal and treatment risk
Not all stains can be fully removed. Stain treatment — particularly on delicate, aged, or previously treated fabric — carries inherent risk, including colour change, texture change, or fabric weakening. We will assess each item and advise on the likely outcome; by proceeding, the customer accepts these risks.
4. Inherent weaknesses
We are not responsible for damage arising from inherent weaknesses or defects in materials not apparent on inspection, including but not limited to: adhesive failures, coating or lamination breakdown (e.g. blackout backings), sequin/bead damage, colour bleeding, shrinkage of untested fabrics, and degradation of aged materials.
5. Liability
In the event of loss or damage attributable to us, compensation is limited to 5 times the cleaning charge for the affected item, or the depreciated value of the item, whichever is lower. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods, with the original receipt.
6. Uncollected items
Items not collected within 30 days from the ready date may be disposed of or donated without further notice. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided at drop-off.
7. Turnaround and express service
Standard turnaround is approximately 5 working days. Express service is available for a surcharge and is subject to capacity; express timelines are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees.
8. Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery timings are arranged windows, not exact times. Items are checked and counted at our facility; counts confirmed at our facility are final.
9. Payment
Payment is due on collection or delivery. We accept cash, PayNow QR, and credit card at our Orchard outlet; payment methods at other points of service will be advised at booking.
