Message or call to arrange a pickup window. We collect from your home, itemise everything at our facility, and confirm the order with you. Cleaning follows the same in-house standard as every walk-in piece — stain removal, hand-finishing, and delicate care included — and delivery is arranged when it's ready.
Many northeast households run on a weekly or fortnightly rhythm and stop thinking about laundry entirely. Ad hoc pickups work exactly the same way, minus the schedule.
A note for Greenwich V customers
Our Greenwich V outlet transitions to pickup & delivery only from 24 August 2026. Walk-in collection at the mall is being discontinued due to tenancy changes — not by our choice. Nothing else changes: the same team, the same in-house cleaning, now brought to your door across Seletar Hills, Fernvale, Yio Chu Kang and the wider northeast. What we collect
Everything we clean: everyday garments, business shirts, bedding, curtains, leather and bags, wedding gowns, and wash-dry-fold bags. Bulky items are where pickup earns its keep. Express turnaround can be arranged at collection for a premium.

What is the free pickup and delivery promotion?
From 24 August to 31 December 2026, northeast residents get free doorstep pickup and delivery on orders over $50, and 10% off orders over $100. Just call or WhatsApp to arrange a collection window.
Is the Greenwich V outlet closing?
The Greenwich V branch transitions to pickup and delivery only from 24 August 2026; walk-in collection there is discontinued due to mall tenancy changes. Every garment is still cleaned in-house at our own facility, and the same team continues to serve the area at your doorstep.
