Message or call to arrange a pickup window. We collect from your home, itemise everything at our facility, and confirm the order with you. Cleaning follows the same in-house standard as every walk-in piece: stain removal, hand-finishing, and delicate care. Delivery is arranged when it's ready.
Many northeast households run on a weekly or fortnightly rhythm and stop thinking about laundry entirely. Ad hoc pickups work exactly the same way, minus the schedule.
A note for Greenwich V customers
Our Greenwich V outlet is moving to Oasis Terraces, Punggol, at #01-17, 681 Punggol Drive, opening in January 2027. Tenancy changes at the mall ended walk-in collection at Greenwich V on 23 August 2026, which was not our decision. Until the new outlet opens, the same team does the same in-house cleaning, collected from and delivered to your door across Seletar Hills, Fernvale, Yio Chu Kang and the wider northeast. What we collect
Everything we clean: everyday garments, business shirts, bedding, curtains, leather and bags, wedding gowns, and wash-dry-fold bags. Bulky items are where pickup earns its keep. Express turnaround can be arranged at collection for a premium.

Our northeast doorstep round covers Seletar Hills, Fernvale, Yio Chu Kang, Jalan Kayu, Sengkang, Punggol, Hougang, Buangkok, Kovan, Serangoon, Serangoon Gardens, Ang Mo Kio and Lorong Chuan. We also collect and deliver islandwide across the rest of Singapore, so if your estate isn't on the list, just ask. Until our Greenwich V outlet reopens at Oasis Terraces, Punggol, in January 2027, the northeast is served by pickup and delivery.
What is the free pickup and delivery promotion?
Until 31 December 2026, northeast residents get free doorstep pickup and delivery on orders over $50, and 10% off orders over $100. Just call or WhatsApp to arrange a collection window.
Has the Greenwich V outlet closed?
No, it is moving. Walk-in collection at Greenwich V ended on 23 August 2026 because of tenancy changes at the mall, and the outlet reopens at Oasis Terraces, #01-17, 681 Punggol Drive, in January 2027. Until then, the same team serves the northeast by doorstep pickup and delivery, and every garment is still cleaned in-house at our own facility.
