Wool, silk, and synthetic piles each behave differently under moisture, agitation, and heat. Each is washed and dried under controlled conditions, matched to the fibre rather than a one-size cycle.
What we clean
Area rugs, wool and silk carpets, synthetic carpets, runners, and prayer mats. Everything is cleaned off-site at our processing facility — a proper wash and controlled dry, not a surface shampoo in your living room — then returned to you.
Singapore's humidity makes carpets a quiet home for dust mites, trapped moisture, and mould. A proper clean every 12–18 months protects both the carpet and the air in the room it sits in.
How pricing works
Priced by area: rugs at $4 per square foot and carpets at $5 per square foot, with a minimum charge of $150 per order. Heavily soiled pieces, pet stains, or delicate antique weaves may carry additional charges — always confirmed with you before we start.

Do you collect the carpet from my home?
Yes — islandwide pickup and delivery is available. We'll arrange collection, clean the piece at our facility, and return it.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
Around 2 weeks on average — proper washing and controlled drying of dense pile can't be rushed without risking the fibre. We'll confirm a timeline when we collect the piece.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Usually, yes — though set-in stains on natural fibres carry the same honest caveat as all our stain work: most are treatable, not all are fully removable. We'll assess and tell you the likely outcome before starting.
