What carpets and rugs we clean
Area rugs, wool and silk carpets, synthetic carpets, runners, and prayer mats. Everything is cleaned off-site at our processing facility: a proper wash and controlled dry, not a surface shampoo in your living room, then returned to you.
Singapore's humidity makes carpets a quiet home for dust mites, trapped moisture, and mould. A proper clean every 12–18 months protects both the carpet and the air in the room it sits in.

Yes, islandwide pickup and delivery is available. We'll arrange collection, clean the piece at our facility, and return it.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
About 10 working days — proper washing and controlled drying of dense pile can't be rushed without risking the fibre. We'll confirm a timeline when we collect the piece.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Usually, yes, though set-in stains on natural fibres carry the same honest caveat as all our stain work: most are treatable, not all are fully removable. We'll assess and tell you the likely outcome before starting.
