Stain Removal & Restoration

A stain that has survived home remedies or another cleaner, or a gown yellowed in storage, needs to be assessed before anyone can say what treatment will do. This is the specialty we've built our name on: assessing the fabric, identifying the stain, and treating it.

Honesty about limits is part of the job. Not every stain can be fully removed, and any treatment carries some risk, including to fabric a stain has already weakened invisibly. Outcomes depend on fibre, dye, construction, and the stain's history. Complete removal is possible on some garments but cannot be guaranteed. We assess each piece before we start.

Insurance Claim Cleaning

Clothing, curtains, bedding, and leather, bags and shoes damaged by fire, smoke, leaks, floods or mould, including mould after sea shipping. The team that handles our stain removal treats each item for the damage it has. Every item is quoted before any work starts, so the quote can go to your insurer, and we can bill the insurer directly once it is approved. Leather, Suede & Handbag Care

Leather, Suede, Shearling, Nubuck, Exotic Skins.

Leather reacts to heat, humidity, and handling differently from fabric, and Singapore's climate doesn't make it easier. Mould, oil transfer, and dirt all need different treatment. We treat each piece by what it needs, not a standard cycle: jackets, handbags, wallets, and accessories, all in-house.

We clean both leather and fabric in-house, which matters for mixed-material pieces such as a leather jacket with a cotton body.

Wedding Gowns & Formalwear

A gown is boned, beaded, and worn once. We treat bridal cleaning as restoration work: hand-finished, assessed piece by piece, treated with care.

Champagne, makeup, and perspiration stains set quietly over weeks. The sooner a gown comes in after the big day, the better the outcome. Gowns are returned sealed top and bottom in a hanging cover.

Couture & Delicate Garment Care

Silk, linen, cashmere, embellished pieces, structured tailoring, and designer garments, from recognised maisons to independent Singapore designers whose construction takes real skill to work with. Garments are hand-pressed by staff trained over years, because heat and pressure applied wrongly can do more damage than the dirt ever did.

Everyday garments, done properly. The same in-house standard applies whether it's a work shirt or a wedding gown. Standard turnaround is 5 working days; express is available for a premium.

Winter Wear & Outerwear

Overcoats, down jackets, wool and cashmere knits, windbreakers, and cold-weather accessories.

A winter wardrobe in Singapore is worn for a few weeks a year and stored for the rest, so storage is where the care counts. Residue that is invisible on packing day has eleven months of humidity to settle into the fibre, and clothes moths are likelier to feed on soiled wool than on clean wool, so the clean that protects a coat is the one before it goes away.

Down, wool and structured coats each require different care, so each is handled on its own terms: some down pieces are wet cleaned and others dry cleaned, decided by the brand, shell and label. Leather, shearling and fur outerwear goes through the leather process instead.

Curtain Cleaning

Curtains collect dust, cooking oil and the grit a hem picks up off the floor, and dust is what house dust mites feed on. We clean blackout, day, and standard curtains by weight, plus roman blinds by area. We also take curtains down and rehang them, from $200 per trip, or 25% of the cleaning total for larger homes, whichever is higher.

Carpet, Rug & Sofa Cover Cleaning

Rugs and carpets are cleaned off-site and priced by area, short nap and low pile only. Wool, silk and synthetic piles are each treated by what the fibre needs. We also clean removable sofa and cushion covers; fixed upholstery is not cleaned.

Comforters, duvets, mattress protectors and toppers, bedcovers, and blankets. Down, wool, silk and microfibre fills are assessed individually, silk sheets are quoted after inspection, and everything else is priced by size from Single to King.

Strollers, Car Seats & Baby Gear

Strollers, car seats, cots and baby carriers, taken apart at our own facility, with the removable fabric parts washed and the frame cleaned rather than steamed on the spot. Car seats follow the manufacturer's instructions for that model.

Hard and soft suitcases cleaned inside and out: the shell, the interior lining, and the wheels and handles.

Premium laundering for restaurants, salons, clinics, and offices: tablecloths, napkins, towels, and uniforms on a weekly or custom schedule, with pickup and delivery. Consistent, reliable, and clean, so you can focus on giving your customers the best service.

Wash, Dry & Fold

Everyday laundry by weight, washed in-house at Queenstown, dried fully and folded by hand rather than ironed. Clothing is $7 per kg, with the $35 minimum covering the first 5kg; sheets, towels and household linen are weighed separately at $10 per kg. Every load is one household’s laundry. For visitors staying near Orchard, our Far East Shopping Centre outlet offers same-working-day return.

Express & Tourist Laundry

Same working-day wash-dry-fold at our Orchard outlet: message before 2pm, Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays, for return by 10pm that day. A faster, more convenient alternative to hotel laundry for visitors, with an option for hotel pickup and delivery. Urgent dry cleaning and pressing for meetings and events can be expedited too. Now through 31 December 2026, our express wash, dry & fold is on promotion: $99 per load up to 6kg, including mainland pickup and return, then $14 per extra kg or part thereof. Sentosa adds $20. We take care of your clothes, so you can make the most of your time in Singapore.

Alterations & Repairs

Hemming, adjustments and repairs, done alongside the cleaning rather than sent out. One drop-off covers both: a garment that needs taking in and cleaning is handled on the same visit, and the work is quoted on inspection before anything starts.

Pickup & Delivery

Collection and return anywhere in Singapore, for every service on this page. Ad hoc, weekly or fortnightly, with collection usually the next day in a window agreed by message. Our own driver collects rather than a courier, and everything comes back to our Queenstown facility to be cleaned by the same team, to the same standard, as anything brought over the counter.
