Rosabelle offers same-day wash, dry and fold for hotel guests and visitors in Singapore. Message before 2pm Singapore time, Monday–Saturday excluding public holidays, for return by 10pm that day.
The promotion is $99 per load up to 6kg, including mainland pickup and return. Each additional kilogram or part thereof costs $14; Sentosa adds $20 for both journeys. Offer ends 31 December 2026.
Suitable for everyday clothes that can be washed and tumble-dried. Dry cleaning and pressing are quoted separately.

Express Laundry: Price, Inclusions & Return Times
We collect from your hotel reception or address, usually within two hours on working days, and deliver your laundry back there washed, dried and folded. Every order is cleaned at our own Queenstown facility; nothing is sent to an outside plant. Leather, wedding gowns, curtains and specialist restoration are not ordinarily part of the routine same-day service and are assessed and quoted separately.

Know when it comes back
Booking Cutoff & Laundry Return Times
The cutoff is when you send your laundry booking message, not when we reply or collect your bag. The before-2pm service on working days is not subject to slot availability.
We do not pick up or deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Bookings on those days return by 6pm on the next working day.
Need a Saturday-night return after booking later than 2pm? Ask us. We will try to accommodate it, subject to capacity; the next-working-day return applies unless we confirm otherwise.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Shop collection times are agreed separately. Dry cleaning has its own quoted deadline.
How Hotel Pickup & Delivery Works
Three steps from booking to return. One-off bookings are welcome, with no subscription or hotel account needed, and every order is processed in-house at our Queenstown facility.

Send your hotel or address, approximate laundry weight and number of separate washes. Tell us your required return time, especially if you have an early checkout or flight.

Let reception know Rosabelle will collect your bag. We usually pick up within two hours on working days.

Pay and receive your laundry
We send your final invoice before returning the clean laundry. Pay in cash, or by PayNow if you have it. If you will be out, you can leave the invoiced cash amount with concierge.

Suitable Everyday Laundry
Everyday clothes, underwear, socks and towels are welcome if they are suitable for washing and tumble drying.
- Check care labels and keep dry-clean-only or otherwise unsuitable items out of the bag.
- Tell us about any item you are unsure of before collection.
- Request separate light and dark washes when booking. They are charged as separate loads.
Each separate wash starts at $99 for up to 6kg. Two 3kg loads, one light and one dark, cost $198.

Both services wash, dry and fold your laundry at our Queenstown facility. Express is for laundry you need back today. Standard suits regular laundry that can wait a few working days.

Same-Day Dry Cleaning: Separate Quote Required
Need a shirt, suit or dress ready today? Send us garment and care-label photos with your deadline. We quote each job individually and confirm the return arrangement.
Dry cleaning does not use the laundry service’s 2pm cutoff. Timing and price vary with the item and work required, so contact us as early as possible.
Leather, wedding gowns, curtains and specialist restoration are not ordinarily part of the routine same-day service. Urgent work may be possible after assessment and a separate quote.

What we do not promise
Express wash, dry and fold is for everyday items that can take washing and tumble drying. We may flag and separate unsuitable items when we spot them, but garment-by-garment screening is not guaranteed, and an unsuitable item can be damaged by washing or tumble drying. Check care labels and keep dry-clean-only pieces out of the bag. Wash, dry and fold is folded, not ironed; pressing is quoted separately.
Same-day dry cleaning is quoted item by item and does not run on the laundry's 2pm cutoff. Timing and price vary with the item and the work required. Leather, wedding gowns, curtains and specialist restoration are not ordinarily part of the routine same-day service; urgent work may be possible after assessment and a separate quote.
There is no pickup or delivery on Sundays or public holidays. The return times on this page are delivery deadlines, not shop collection times. If you need your laundry back before the published return time, for an early checkout or a flight, tell us when you book so we can discuss it.

How much does express laundry cost in Singapore?
The promotion is $99 for one wash, dry & fold load up to 6kg, plus $14 for each additional kilogram or part thereof. A 6.5kg load costs $113. Mainland pickup and delivery are included; Sentosa adds $20 for pickup and return together. Each separate load starts at $99. These are final prices with no further taxes or express surcharges. The promotion ends 31 December 2026.
Does the 2pm cutoff mean booking or collection?
Booking. Send your booking message before 2pm on a working day for laundry returned by 10pm that day. Your message time counts, not our reply or the collection time. The before-2pm laundry service is not subject to capacity. We usually collect within two hours. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
What happens after 2pm, on Sundays or on public holidays?
Bookings at or after 2pm return by 6pm on the next working day. Saturday bookings before 2pm return by 10pm on Saturday; later Saturday bookings and Sunday bookings return by 6pm on the next working day, usually Monday. There is no pickup or delivery on Sundays or public holidays. Holiday bookings return by 6pm on the next working day. A Saturday-night return for a later Saturday booking may be possible by arrangement, subject to capacity.
Can I leave my laundry at hotel reception?
Yes. Guests usually leave their bag at reception and go out. Let reception know Rosabelle will collect it. Collection is usually within two hours of booking on working days. We send the final invoice before returning your laundry, so you can leave the invoiced cash amount with concierge.
Do you collect outside Orchard and in Sentosa?
Yes. The express laundry promotion includes pickup and return across mainland Singapore. Sentosa costs an additional $20 for both journeys, so one load up to 6kg costs $119 in total. Send your hotel or address when booking. The promotion ends 31 December 2026.
Can light and dark clothes be washed separately?
Yes. Request separate washes when booking. Each load starts at $99 for up to 6kg under the promotion, so 3kg of light clothes and 3kg of dark clothes cost $198 as two separate loads. Each additional kilogram or part thereof is $14 per load. The promotion ends 31 December 2026.
What can I put in a wash, dry & fold bag?
Everyday washable clothes, underwear, socks and towels are welcome if they are suitable for washing and tumble drying. Check care labels and keep dry-clean-only or otherwise unsuitable items out of the bag. If you prefer shop collection instead of delivery, agree your collection time with us; the delivery deadlines are not shop collection times.
