How wash, dry and fold works

Drop it off by the bag or book a pickup; it comes back washed, dried, and folded. Loads are washed separately, your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's, and everything is folded by hand. We do not separate darks from lights by default — a bag is washed as one mixed load. Ask for your colours kept apart and we will wash them as two separate loads, charged as two, with the $35 minimum applying to each. Wool, silk and structured pieces are separated out at itemising and quoted on their own, which is what lets the rest of the bag be washed properly: what happens between collection and return is set out in the journal.

Visitors staying near Orchard Road use our Far East Shopping Centre outlet for express turnaround with same working-day return, so a holiday isn't spent waiting on hotel laundry.

How much wash, dry and fold costs in Singapore

$7 per kg with a $35 minimum. Express turnaround carries a premium. Ask for current express rates when you drop off or book. Items needing dry cleaning or pressing are quoted separately from the per-kg rate.

No, loads are washed separately per customer.

Do you separate darks and lights?

Not by default — a bag is washed as one mixed load. Tell us at booking and we will wash your colours as two separate loads, charged as two loads with the $35 minimum applying to each. Where everything in the bag is colourfast, combining is the cheaper option.

How fast is standard wash-dry-fold?

About 5 working days as standard. Express same-working-day service is available at our Orchard outlet for a premium.

What shouldn't go into wash-dry-fold?

Delicates, structured garments, and anything needing dry cleaning — those are better served by our garment services, and we'll flag them if we spot them in your bag.

Do you offer pickup for wash-dry-fold?

Yes — islandwide, on ad hoc, weekly, or fortnightly schedules.
