Wash, Dry & Fold Laundry in Singapore
Rosabelle washes everyday laundry by weight, in-house at our Queenstown facility. Clothing is $7 per kg, with the $35 minimum covering the first 5kg; sheets, towels and household linen are weighed separately at $10 per kg, minimum $50. Same-working-day service at our Orchard outlet is on promotion at $99 per load up to 6kg, then $14 per extra kg, until 31 December 2026.
Every load is one household’s laundry, weighed and priced before anything is washed, then washed by the bag rather than sorted piece by piece. It comes back dried fully and folded by hand, not ironed. Standard turnaround is about five working days, or about a week through our islandwide pickup and delivery.

What goes into a wash, dry and fold bag?
Everyday clothing
Shirts, t-shirts, trousers, shorts, underwear, socks, gym kit, children’s clothes.
Sheets, towels and household linen
Bedsheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and table linen, weighed separately at $10 per kg against a $50 minimum.
What to keep out of the bag
Wool and silk knits, structured tailoring, delicates and dry-clean-only labels. The bag is washed as one load, not sorted piece by piece, so hand these over separately — if we notice one we will take it out and quote it, but that is not a check we can promise, and a piece left in can be damaged. Duvets, comforters and quilts go elsewhere
Anything with a fill is priced by size, not weight, so it goes to our bedding service — down, wool and silk fills need drying in stages.
What we will not put through at all
Shoes, bags, floor mats and rugs. Rugs and carpets are priced by area; bags go to leather cleaning.
Heavily soiled and contaminated items
Accepted, but they need their own wash — tell us at handover and we will quote them rather than charge by the kilo.

Colours: one mixed load, or two separate ones
Every load is one household’s washing, never mixed with another customer’s. That is separate from other people’s laundry, not sorted within your own.
Darks and lights are not separated by default: the bag goes through as one mixed load, at the temperature that mix allows, and the per-kilo rate is priced for it. Ask at booking and we will wash your colours as two loads, charged as two, with the minimum applying to each — $35 for clothing, $50 for linen. Where everything is colourfast, combining is cheaper; where something is new, deeply dyed or has run before, two loads is the safer call.

Same-working-day service at our Orchard outlet, Far East Shopping Centre #B1-21, is on promotion: $99 per load up to 6kg, then $14 for each additional kilogram or part thereof, with pickup and return across mainland Singapore included. Collection is islandwide, ad hoc, weekly or fortnightly, in our own van rather than a third-party courier, with the window agreed by message. Delivery is free on standard orders of $100 and above and a flat $20 below that.

What we do not promise
We do not promise to catch what should not be in the bag — it is washed as one load, not sorted piece by piece, so a wool knit or dry-clean-only piece left in it can be damaged.
We do not promise a stain will come out: a per-kilo wash is a wash, not stain work. If a mark needs proper stain treatment we will say so and quote it. Not always. We do our best, and we tell you what we find.
We do not promise ironed laundry — it is folded by hand, and pressing is priced per piece — and we do not quote a firm turnaround before the bag has been weighed.

Can sheets, towels and bed linen go in the bag?
Yes, at the linen rate: $10 per kg, minimum $50, weighed separately from the clothing in the same order. They are heavier per piece and take much longer to dry.
Can duvets and comforters go in?
No. Anything with a fill goes to our bedding service, priced by size from Single to King, because down, wool and silk fills need drying in stages.
Is my laundry washed together with other customers’ laundry?

Is wash, dry and fold ironed?
No, it is folded by hand and stacked by type. Ironing is priced per item instead: pressing only from $7, laundering a shirt from $8.
What should not go into a wash, dry and fold bag?

Wash, dry and fold is for ordinary machine-washable clothing, priced by weight and washed by the bag. Dry cleaning is itemised and priced per piece, for garments whose fabric or construction would not survive a mixed wash. If you are unsure about a piece, point it out at handover and we will quote it before anything is washed.
