Stain Removal & Restoration
Every stain tells a different story. Before a single treatment begins, we assess the fabric, the stain, and every previous attempt to remove it. Don't give up on a garment because a stain survived home remedies or another cleaner.
Not every stain can be fully removed, and treatment can carry some risk to delicate or aged fabric. We assess each piece and treat it with suitable agents to lift the stains while preserving garment integrity.

The difference is in the skill
Cleaning isn't just removing dirt. It's understanding the fabric, choosing the right treatment, lifting stains without damaging fibres, and finishing each piece as it was meant to be worn.
That judgment includes knowing when to stop. Not every stain will yield, and treating a difficult one always carries some risk to the fabric. We would rather say so plainly than promise what we cannot guarantee.

Why does professional dry cleaning cost more than washing at home?
Home washing and professional care solve different problems. We assess fabric, treat stains without setting them, hand-press rather than machine-press, and restore pieces in-house under one standard. More on how we work
Why does wedding gown cleaning start from $190?
A gown is boned, beaded, and worn once, with no room to learn from a mistake. We treat it as restoration work, with pricing from $190 rising with complexity and soiling, confirmed after inspection. Bridal pricing
Can you clean leather jackets and handbags?
Yes. Leather is one of our specialties, all in-house. Jackets from $160, handbags from $180, each treated by what the leather needs. Leather care
Can every stain be removed?
No. Coming in early improves the odds, but fibre, dye, and the stain's history all affect the outcome, and any treatment carries some risk. A stain can weaken fabric invisibly before cleaning ever begins. We assess and explain the likely outcome before starting. While good results are common, they are never promised.
Do you offer express or same-day service?
Yes. Express and same-day service is available for a premium, including same working-day wash-dry-fold. Express Laundry
Is there a promotion on express laundry for hotel guests and tourists?
Yes — our express wash, dry & fold service is currently on promotion. It's $99 flat for up to 6kg ($14/kg for each additional kg), with free pickup and delivery direct to your hotel or doorstep. Before 2pm, back by 10pm the same day. Express Laundry Promotion
