Stain Removal & Restoration
Before any treatment begins, we assess the fabric, the stain, and every previous attempt to remove it. A stain that survived home remedies or another cleaner is not a reason to give up on the garment.
Not every stain can be fully removed, and treatment can carry some risk to delicate or aged fabric. We assess each piece and treat it with suitable agents to lift the stains while preserving garment integrity.

Collection can be weekly, fortnightly, or ad hoc, anywhere in Singapore. Pieces collected from your door are held to the same standard as pieces dropped at the counter.
Express and same-day turnaround are available for a premium. Pickup and delivery is complimentary for standard orders of $100 and above (express deliveries are chargeable).

The difference is in the skill
Cleaning means understanding the fabric, choosing the right treatment, lifting stains without damaging fibres, and finishing each piece as it was meant to be worn.
That judgment includes knowing when to stop. Not every stain will yield, and treating a difficult one always carries some risk to the fabric. We would rather say so plainly than promise what we cannot guarantee.

Professional cleaning costs more because it is a different process, not a more expensive version of the same one. We assess fabric, treat stains without setting them, hand-press rather than machine-press, and restore pieces a washing machine would quietly ruin. Why does wedding gown cleaning start from $190?
Gown cleaning starts from $190 because a gown is treated as restoration work rather than a routine clean. It is boned, beaded, and worn once, so there is no room to learn from a mistake. Can you clean leather jackets and handbags?
Yes — leather jackets, handbags, wallets, and accessories are one of our specialties, all cleaned in-house. Leather jackets are priced from $160 and handbags from $180, with each piece treated by what the leather needs rather than a standard cycle. Leather care
Can every stain be removed?
No — and we will tell you honestly. Coming in early improves the odds, but fibre, dye, and the stain's history all shape what is possible, and any treatment carries some risk, since a stain can weaken fabric invisibly before cleaning begins. We assess each piece and explain the likely outcome before starting; good results are common, never promised.
Do you offer express or same-day service?
Yes. Standard turnaround is about 5 working days; express and urgent service is available for a premium, including same working-day return for wash-dry-fold at our Orchard outlet — popular with visitors staying near Orchard Road. Express Laundry
Is there a promotion on express laundry for hotel guests and tourists?
Yes. Our express wash, dry & fold service is on promotion until 31 December 2026: $99 flat for up to 6kg ($14/kg for each additional kg), with free pickup and delivery direct to your hotel or doorstep. Before 2pm, back by 10pm the same day. Express Laundry Promotion

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, PayNow QR, and credit card are accepted at our Orchard outlet at Far East Shopping Centre.
Where is the cleaning actually done?
