How it works
Message or call to arrange a pickup window. We collect, itemise everything at our facility, and confirm the order with you. Cleaning follows the same in-house standard as every walk-in piece, and delivery is arranged when it's ready.
Regulars run on weekly or fortnightly rhythms — many households treat it like any other scheduled service and stop thinking about laundry entirely. Ad hoc pickups work exactly the same way, minus the schedule.
What can be collected
Everything we clean: garments, bedding, curtains, carpets, leather, gowns, and wash-dry-fold bags. Bulky items are where pickup earns its keep. Express turnaround can be arranged at collection for a premium.

Is there a minimum order for pickup?
Pickup and delivery is complimentary for standard orders of $100 and above; for smaller orders, ask when booking and we'll tell you the options honestly. Express orders are different — delivery is typically chargeable given the time constraint and varies by case, so call or WhatsApp and we'll confirm upfront. Service minimums (like wash-dry-fold's $35) still apply.
How do I pay for delivered orders?
Payment is arranged at delivery — we'll confirm methods when your order is ready.
Can I set a recurring schedule?
